Normally the GPU (graphics card) isn't a coonmnept that's interchangeable/upgradable in laptops. However, I'm sure if you have problems with it the manufacturer will surely fix the problem given it's under warranty. If you're a do-it-yourselfer', there's usually people selling broken laptops or parts from them such as the GPU's. I can't imagine how much of a pain it would be to try to change one out though. Short answer: You can't buy graphics cards for laptops through manufacturers. It's not typically a part that's upgraded in laptops and can be difficult to do so.As for the RAM, you can get laptop ram on several websites like Amazon, Newegg, Tigerdirect, etc. I'm sure your local computer shop sells laptop RAM as well.
